The forum is open to the public. The public is invited to suggest questions for the candidates but the Dearborn Democratic Club Political Action Committee will make the final decision on questions to be presented to the candidates.

The forum will be hosted by DDC president Sami Khaldi and vice-president Jan Schulz. The Dearborn Democratic Club will not endorse any council candidates in the August 3, 2021 primary.
